Q: Do you accept credit cards, debit cards via this website and is it safe?

A: Yes we do. Our online payment system for booking is perfectly safe. We process your payment via a secure page. We use a third party payment method and your details are never shared with us or anyone else

Q. How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

A. Once your booking has been processed and payment accepted you will receive an email confirmation (E-Ticket). This email is your proof of purchase and parking ticket. It will also include your booking reference number with directions and a map. You must print off the email and present it to the parking attendant on arrival to the car park.

Q:Do you have parking available for mini buses?

A: Yes

Q:Do you have parking available for large vans?

A: Yes but please contact us by phone to confirm spaces T: 0208 902 2871 Opt 2

Q:Do you accept credit cards or cheques as payment onsite ?

A: We do not accept cheques or credit cards onsite.

Q:Are you open 24 hours a day?

A: No we are not, only at our stated opening times.

Q:Do you have parking space for people carriers?

A: Yes we do.
